Dream to Reality - The Dragonfly

T minus 14 days until I’m “Open For Business”! This dream never felt like it would come to life, no matter how hard I hoped. Nevertheless, It IS real and I AM doing this! As hard as I’ve been working, this never would have happened if it weren’t for my supportive (and technologically advanced) husband, hard working parents, and the best of friends. My “village” is amazing. (my allergies start to act up just thinking about them)

Since my last post, I’ve got the official license from NC, I’ve created my own LLC and opened my own business bank account, signed the lease for the space and completely renovated the room. My budget was spot on and I was able to keep things to a minimum by exchanging services and getting my own hands dirty (and hiring a few family and friends to keep me company). There are about a million other tasks completed but we don’t have all day here…
